 Same here.  I talked to Maureen at AEG some time ago, and to someone else in
 customer service a week later.  Mine were supposedly sent out *regular* mail,
 so God knows when or if I'll ever see it.  I'm going to give them one more
 week to allow for delays due to holiday volume, but this is getting pretty
 sad.
 
 What you can do is contact AEG by phone (after contacting Pinnacle to get the
 number) or send email to SHADIS2@aol.com.  Be advised my email was never
 answered--I let it go for over a week before calling Maureen.

I had the same problem.  I emailed Maureen and she sent them out pretty quick,
about a week I think.  And she didn't just send the three I was missing, I got
all 7!!  That's right, I got a 2ND STONE!!  Try them again, they did right by
me.
