[HoE] Cyber Hucksters: Deadlands '98 brainstorm
One of the other players in my Sunday night Wierd West posse
(Those you've been reading Anna's letters will know him as Dr. Sutton) and
I were doing some chatting the other night about how technology would
alter the way Hucksters do business. And, suddenly, it dawned on us...
just about every single computer in the world has a way to simulate card
games! Gee, a laptop and the proper program... no more obvious deck of
cards... oh, that flash? my screen has a flicker problem... been meaning
to get it looked at. Something else we realized: There's quite a few boxes
in the software stores marked with Hoyle's name... and it's probably not
that hard to get a copy of the book on CD-ROM.
Needless to say, this is something I'm adding to the Deadlands '98
material I've been casually working on. But I figured I'd toss it out here
and see if anyone had any ideas of things to add onto it.
