[HoE] Deadlands: The Fight for the Pacific

Hey all,
    Sorry to double post this, but I thought somebody somewhere might know
about this.
    I was strolling on the Gamer's Web website and saw mention of Deadlands
1946: The Fight for the Pacific.  IS this a special thing exclusive to
Gamer's Web?  Is it a homebrew setting by them?  Is PEG involved at all?
    From what I can tell Gamer's Web is a neat site, with some good reviews.
