If you get the stuff through the belongin's Edge, then it's assumed you have it from some other
things you've done.  I'd say you couldn't be a Templar and take Dinero, but if you've got weapon
Belongin's, go ahead.
I believe Quick Draw is supposed to be taken with the Sword concentration.  You can, of course, buy
the pistol concentration up to that level.
