Okay, let me get this straight.  Let's say my character has quickdraw:
sword at level 5, seeing he my ninja/templar who is just a general badass.
If I were to develop the quickdraw: pistol concentration, would I pay the
three bounty points and then have quickdraw: pistol at level 5 or would it
be at 1 and you would have to build it up slowly?  I thought it was the
first but I am not sure.  Also, when are the miniatures coming out for
HoE? Is there source material on weapons? (so I can actually know the
stats for a sniper rifle as opposed to a rifle with a scope, there is a
big difference in my mind)  Thanks for your time.
