Well, almost Wisconsin. Here in North Illinois it's out, but
geographical location is usaly only the difference on a day or two. You
real problem is likely in your gaming store. Perhaps they don't use a
pre-order service and have to rely on alternate ways of knowing when
product is in. There's rarely an excuse for a store not to have product
on time, unless they aren't trying hard enough. (baring the occasional
problems with the distribution net.) It all depends, really. But of
course, my opinion is slightly bent on that one, as IMHO I work at one
of the better gaming stores in Illinios.
