They could be just being lazy. Get them to call their distributor right there
while you wait. Or ask for the number of their distributor and YOU call. They
ought to be able to order it, however, even if it isn't in stock yet. When the
invoice arrives, if it wasn't available yet, then it will be listed as such.
But tell them you aren't going to stop bugging them until they check with
their distributor. I'm getting sick of hearing about lousy service, it's time
we start doing something about it.
