[HoE] The Lost Junkpile // Marshall Oleary's Junker article.

This needs to go on a webpage somewhere -- anywhere.

If you are looking for a framework for Junker's in your game, and don't
feel like waiting for Pinnacle -- grab this. The first 8 or so pages that
detail the history of the Junkers and ties in all of the little facts known
about them make this well worth the download time. It looks a lot like a
White Wolf: The Angsting supplement -- background, factions, new powers,
new items, and a few important NPCs. But it's as fleshed out as a one of
WWs supplements too.

It's rough and needs polishing. -- it needs several of it's powers and
several tables to be filled in, and I suspect that a lot of the points and
powers need playtesting. I also suspect that it's going to need some
changes in the background section to match what's in the Wasted West.
One other thing - While it has serveral new items, I think it could use a
detailed breakdown of the creation process. A step by step example of
creating an item from scratch, including all rolls and intermediate point
costs.

If anyone is interested in expanding on the Junkers in their game, drop an
email to Katze217@aol.com. I'm certain he'll send you the file.
