No, you can't use Black Hat caseless ammo.  Actually, you *could* use the
slugs, but knowing the Black Hats, they use a slug size that may be
incompatable with other HI weapons (just being 10 mm thick does NOT mean it
will work for any 10 mm weapon!)

Details on the Hellfire and Damnation were in Apocalypse Now!, but yeah, it
didn't make a whole lot of sense, especially when the quote is talking all
about "One shot, one kill."  How do you do "One Shot, One Kill" when you only
have automatic weapons?
