[HoE] Plague Child ?

People,

    In the Setup for my HOE story, I intend on having a Servitor of
Pestilence as the main baddie.  My question exists in the Servitor's
appearance. Although WW states drastic mutations occur, I was thinking
about making the servitor look like nothing more than a small child of
about 7 years of age. What do you guys think of this decision? I have
alot more meat to the tale that I am not giving away but I would like to
hear your opinions on the matter. Thanks.
