[HoE] Bruce Lee and the Fu Fighters [pt.2 is for Shane]

Here's a neat idea I thought up while reading Wasted West that would
bring Fu powers into the game: Bruce Lee. The way I figure it, Lee
was one of, if not the, greatest practicioner of Fu in the world.
Now, as Lee got old (I assume he avoided his fate in the real world),
he felt to leave a legacy behind, something people would remember him
for other than action films, so he wrote a "textbook" of how to use Fu
powers. All he ever learned he put into it. However, Lee knew the
Pinkertons and Rangers would never let a book like this get to print,
so he took a page from Hoyle and Annabelle Lee and encoded it as a
mundane martial arts book "The Art of Keet June Do." Some people
eventually figured out Lee's little secret, and learned how to use Fu
powers. The book was reprinted throughout the years, and enough
copies survived the big bang that Fu fighters (named after a popular
band during the 2080's) are about as common as witches and Sykers.

One other thing, this one's for Shane: Do the librarians know about
the powers encoded in Hoyle's and How to Serve? If so, do they try to
hide them, do they make unencoded versions available, or what?
