[HoE] Witches? (SHANE)

  Are there any plans for a book on witches for HOE.  Also, I have
written some new witch spells and would like some rules on how a
character might research new spells and suggestions and how to let
characters discover these new spell (tomes perhaps or from other
witches?.  Last of all, what should be the cost of these new spells.
