Thats about right.
I think big knives are +1 and sabers are +2, so +3 is good 
for a lance.  Anyone have access to the Ghost Dancers 
sourcebook for DL?  That's got an Indian lance in it.
Alternatively, the Great Maze martial arts book has a Bo 
staff in it.  That could be worth a look.
