Well, that's one for mutations and one against. As a Marshall, this is kind of funny...I'm actually looking for a rules lawyer to come to the rescue. My real point of contention was that, if I remember, harrowed ignore the effect of radiation with regards to wind. Why would mutations be any different? Thanks guys, Chuck
