I sort of forgot about that Oath of Blood part.  I looked it up and it
mentions that other Templars will go after their own who gain their power
through theft, murder, etc...  
I have since asked him to give me an explanation of why his Templar
Character doesn't think that he committed murder.  Although maybe it should
be done in game and he can give his explanation to the Templar who caught
wind of a story about another Templar who had run through a Savage with his
sword.
