[HoE] Add. templar relics

Here's two Templar swords that could fit the need someone had for a five point relic.

At the time of the Templars height of popularity is was quite common to forge swords with holy relics in the pommel such as the bones of saints and splinters of the true cross.  Most of the time these were just regular items but sometimes a true holy sword was made.

Sword with a splinter of the true cross inside (4 points of belongins):  This sword is treated as a wooden weapon for the purpose of a creatures immunities (vampires, nosferatu, bloodwolves) it also negates the penalty for a called shot to the heart for such creatures.  Taint:none

Sword with a saints bone inside:(5 points)In addition to normal damage these swords also add the result of a faith check to the damage.  By spending a fate chip and focusing on an enemy in line of sight the wielder can add white:1d, red:2d, blue 3d, legend 5d.  Taint: not a taint exactly but do to the age whenever the hero goes bust on the fightin roll he must immediately make a faith check (diff 9) or the sword breaks and the magic is gone. 

I'd just like to say somthing about why the power levels may seem out of wack a little based the items in the pommel.  This is simply because while many saints become saints because of fervent fighting in defense of their faith.  The true cross isn't somthing that is usually associated with battle
