Good question. I'm strongly inclined to say this is fine, keep redrawing for
however many points of celerity you have.  Otherwise, it's almost impossible to
take advantage of high levels of Celerity, especially with a low quickness.
What would be the point of a Celerity 5 if you only have a 2d6 in quickness?  I
say, go ahead and keep redrawing. You're more likely to get a black joker, but
hey, that's the risk you take.
