[HoE] HOECG Ready for Release

Greetings Wasters,

The HOECG version 1.1 is ready for the road! I'm trying to get the files to
PEG (darned AOL e-mail size limits!!!), and I'm looking for other volunteers
to host the files. Any takers?

The new version 1.1 has all info from the following:

Wasted West
Brainburners
Children of the Atom
Last Crusaders
Roadwarriors (which was easy, since there is no new character info in it)

...along with a few minor tweaks and fixes. One important note: the software
does NOT support the mechanics of "Veteran of the Weird West" as described
in Wasted West. This would basically require me to "link" the two
generators, which isn't too high on my list right now. We'll see what the
future holds, though.
