Ummm, the problem is it is _Pinnacle_ apparently trying to show the Marshal
how clever they are. I'm not clear why a player pointing out, "Gee,
Pinnacle later went back on what they said in the original rulebook and
decided to make a Milrat last 3 days instead of 1." is somehow something you
should penalize the _players_ for.

Your mileage may vary. I typically don't penalize players by giving them
the Glows for buying stuff at the prices listed _by Pinnacle_. I was just
asking why Pinnacle chose to change the Milrat food-value in the Wasted West
book, rather than as errata.

Well, as the person who originally brought up the subject, I wasn't trying
to imply that the players were trying to slip one by me, or spring it on me
by surprise, or were trying to dispute my authority.

I merely noted that the correction (if that's what it was) should have been
noted as errata to the original rulebook, not a correction (which isn't even
noted as a correction) in a later supplement.

And, if it Pinnacle did correct/errata it, was the reasoning behind it?
Food/eating is a pretty vital part of any post-Apocalyptic setting - if
Pinnacle is going to be discounting food, I'd like to make sure they're
doing it, and why.
