[HoE] Mason-Dixon Line ?

It's probably another duh-huh question, but...

where exactly does the M-D Line Wall run in the Hell on Earth setting?

And where has this officially been determined?

I kinda figure it runs the same as it did back in "our" history.  However, 
two things make that kind of suspect:  the various other facets of the 
Deadlands/HoE alternate history, and the fact that the wall was built a 
number of decades during the timeframe of the M-D line in "our" history.

The Wasted West companion refers to it, but says to see the map.  Well, the 
only map I could find has no reference to it whatsoever.
