Ok, the rulebook definition says it actually creates a black hole. But
does anyone in HoE know that? Maybe it just looks like a black hole, and
it increase gravity heaps?
If you don't like this, the actualy hole it creates must be so small as
to be unmeasurable, and so unstable as to dissappear once the Doomsayers
powers stop controlling it.
And if you really want to get into real life physics, what do you think
the long term radiation effects are going to be from being blasted with
enough of the stuff to take an arm off? Or even being in the vicinity
when that much power is released?
