The info you're looking for was published as part of the Great Maze boxed 
set.  Basically, a 2pt edge "Martial Arts training" lets you do regular 
damage with your bare hands; there are a number of special maneuvers which 
you may use along with it.  Chi powers are also described along with the 
mechanics for gathering chi energy and a number of MA hindrances.
