Because I'm a nice guy I'll answer some questions before I'll make my
own.

Cargo capacity remains the same since most of the adjustments you make
on the base template go on or around the chassis.
> 2) Can someone with Weaponsmith break apart the caseless ammo into powder

Caseless ammunition's powder has to be mixed with a special adhesive so
that it will stay in the proper shape around the bullet rendering the
powder unusable in a gun that uses sparks to light the powder.
> 3) HOW is Spook Juice made?  This seems like a REALLY important thing to

 I would have to say first ya samsh it into 1 ounce pieces and then put
it in a still where the grain would usually go.

I made a character based on M.D. Geist. I gave him the Templar
background and super soldier to simulate the ungodly combat skill.  He
isn't actually a Templar but I needed somthing to base his powers on,
(In case your wondering instead of Templar pact I gave vengeance, mean
as a rattler, grim servant of death, and bloodthirsty). But what I need
is suggestions for what to serve as the catalyst to open the greater
reward.  Since the powers derive from scientists tinkering with his
GeNomes and not the Saints lowering the fear level just dont seem right.
