    Some huckster backlashes are damaging, but from the text aren't supposed 
to be innately lethal as in "You rolled this option up, time to create a new 
character."  More along the lines of "You were already in trouble, time to 
create a new character," or "This roll just didn't go your way, time to 
create a new character."  
    Whereas a Syker who blows there brains up has very little chance to 
survive, and for that matter anybody standing next to them is going to be in 
a foul mood.  :)
