[HoE] The Junkman Cometh

Let me remind all you scope creating, MacGuyver wishing, tool toting little
Junker kiddies that Junkers are the HoE version of Mad Scientists.

Okay, not quite, but close.

Ultimately, the Junker book is not supposed to be 'lets design a car outta
scrap parts, and then hope it runs.'

It's supposed to be a mystical process, designed to produce mystical
machines. Hence the need for overcomplex rules. Without them, the players
would try to get away with stuff for free, and magical stuff at that.

Plus, you don't always have to quantify a x8 scope that gets attached to a
sniper rifle. It's just x8. You do, on the other hand, have to quantify
that 8 foot long beam sword that cuts through armor like butter.

Hence the need for quantifying rules.

Thats my two cents.
