Part of the reason for the evil is that a lot of them START out that way.
They recruit road gang scum for their warbands, and after travelling with
them for a while, some of the scum become anti-templars...Also, the way
they earn greater rewards, by killing templars, can lead to servitorhood as
surely as drawing on the power of the Reckoners...especially if they kill
off bona-fide heroes.
