I would say the ammount is upto your individual interpretation. I myself
play along the lines of the Mad Max movie's (a great resource BTW...), so
that way I can have populations ranging from 10 to 1000 if I wanted!
Hmm...this has given me a plot idea...now, where did I put my pad and pen?
