[HoE] Junkers and lightsabers

I was wondering about the power Weaponsmith. I need to
make a lightsaber for a Syker with a Belongin's 5. The
spell says the Junker needs Shield and Weaponsmith but
do I need to put both spells into the device? I also
wanted to put Brain Drain into it. From my
calculations I would need to "miniaturize" Brain
Drain. Waht I need to know is if I have to put Shield
in there, how would I do that?
