[HoE] MM&M Review & Questions

I just finished reading Monsters Muties & Misfits. All and all a good book 
with plenty to throw at your possie. I do have a question on the animal 
companion section of the book. How does the charts with the cards listed on 
the top and the traits listed on the side work. Am I missing something cause 
I just didn't get that? Also it had charts for cats and birds but said 
nothing about them in the text.

My only other complaint being that thay included a bunch of critters from 
Deadlands in the Marshels section. Most of us already have the deadlands 
main book and already have stats for these guys. This space could have been 
used for more abominations that fit the setting. But over all a good 
resourse to have.
