[HoE] Irradiated Ghost Rock Question

Hey,
    Perhaps this has come up before (or perhaps there is something in
the existing rules that I'm missing) - at any rate, I can't find
anything in the rules or in the accumulated rulings on it.  If a Junker
has a supply of ghost rock, how would he irradiate it?  Using the
Reactor power perhaps?  I must admit that I'm at a loss on this one. One
of my players (a hekant lector/junker) just asked about it at the end of
tonight's session, so I told him I'd ask the helpful folks on the list.
Any input would be appreciated - thanks in advance.
