Okay, I read Junkman Cometh over and over but for some
reason it never clicked. A couple nights ago I think I
had a break-thru, so I made my Junker and I tried to
make a device. It's a Climate-controlled Coverall. But
I ran into a problem. My understanding clashed with
what was written, now I just need to know if my
knowledge is off or not. Here's the device.

Climate-Control Coveralls, for every season.

Frame:5
(People are Frame 6, 128 slots - 64 for the person
inside is 64. 64 rounded up to the next frame is 86,
frame 5.)

Slots:86

My understanding:
Chemical:   4.3 (5%)
Electronic: 8.6 (10%)
Mechanical: 8.6 (10%)
Structural: 0   (0%)
            ---
           21.5 slots for the power
Drain:22GR/Day
TN:6

Miniaturized no raises:19.35 slots
Drain:20GR/Day


Power's description says the power only uses 10% of
the Frame size's total slots so:

Slots used: 8.6 (10%)
Drain:9GR/Day
TN:5

Mini'd w/ no raises:7.74 slots
Drain:8GR/Day


Then after either method I also need 13 structural for
the frame with or without power.

Which way would it be?
