[HoE] [HoE]Junker magic help needed!

Okay, I know I posted a question previously asking
about a device, but I just realized something, I did
all of it completely wrong. What I thought was the
first step at understanding was totally in the wrong
direction. I beg of anyone who is willing, will you
please teach me how to make Junker devices?
