Templars sourcebook is "Last Crusaders".  "Something about a Sword" is a 
canned adventure.
Sykers is in fact "Brainburners"
Doomeis is "Children o' The Atom".  "Hell or High Water" is an adventure 
(and a really really good one IMHO)
Witches have no sourcebook.
and for completeness:
Junkers is "Junkman Cometh"
Harrowed is "Cyborgs"
