When I thought about what I would have to give him I figured it would be
best to make him an npc.  I was going to make him an anti-templar with
war as his patron, about 15 or 20 in warband, super soldier, 5 in each
immunity edge, and an obvious mutant.  Also give him a cyber skull worth
2 points of armor and str+3d8 headbutt.  I figured templar powers would
fit since his powers are quasi-magical given by the Waaagh.
