Well, I would totaly ignore the mutation except for it's game effect of the
bonus to persuade. Everything else is errelevant and (potentially)
unnessasary, depending on how in-depth your group gets into that kind of
thing. If you fear the maturity level of your other players I would leave it
at that (and maybe not even tell the players about the mutation). If you're
really that worried about it, give her one of the other queen mutations (to
be fair, she could redraw a negative mutation). My recomendation? Queen of
Spades, never suprised.
