Well - I finally have to weigh in on this one.  I've never found it hard to 
find girls/women who are interested in gaming.  My group has always been AT 
LEAST 1/2 women percentage wise, sometimes they've had the majority.  My wife 
of 12 years plays, another ex still plays, there's been close to a dozen 
women in my group over the years.  There's just never been a shortage of 
female gamers in our group.  Hunh.  Just lucky I guess.
