[HoE] Armor and Nutron Blast [Hopler & Shane or anyone]

My group and I came across an interesting argument. In the description of
Neutron Blast (Sp? don't have the book right now) it said it goes through
all non-living object and hits the living person. So sense Agies and Force
Field are non-living things does it go through? Then what about Templar's
Armor of the Saints it that part of the living person and so minuses the
damage of lower the die type (if they had the Greater Reward). So the big
question is What will it go through and what wont it go through?
