[HoE] HoE Comic Book NPC

Just for those comic book ofiicionados out there.  If you're familiar with 
Matt Wagner's Grendel character/series - The Grendel Prime actually works as 
a Hell on Earth Cyborg.  A special unit in the employ of the former 
President with a secret mission to repair the damage done by the war.

Just a thought that I'm working on.  I'll post stats when I'm done.  
Suggestions are welcome.

Also, for those familiar with Stephen King, Randall Flagg, from The Stand, 
makes a great Hell on Earth villain and/or mentor for a posse.  Currently, I 
have him as an agent of the spirit of rebirth, an incarnation of Isis, the 
nuclear goddess, Hiroshima (for those of you familiar with the Post Bros. 
comic series, yes, THAT Hiroshima).  He has employed my posse to weaken the 
Reckoners so that his mistress may bring cleansing and rebirth to the world. 
  What they don't know is that it's a cleansing by fire.

I do so love being evil.....
