[HoE] Attempting to Punish my Posse for their evil deeds (Was The Slaughterfest that is HOE)

Hi, all:

In regards to me attempting to punish my posse for their evil deeds:

1.  I had heard of the Black Chip many times, but never had an actual of
description of it until it was posted to the list (thanks Jason).

2.  I should have been more clearer on the character who recruits people
for suicide missions.  He's a Templar, and those he recruits are people
he's observed for a while and determined that they don't meet the Test of
Worth.  I should say he was a Templar, as he got dismembered by the
Destroyer  over the summer, and the player has not repeated this trick since.

Yes, I have been having my posse members draw to check to see if they start
down the road to Servitor-dom after every vile deed.  More than thirty
draws later none of them has started down the path of faithful lackey to
the Reckoners.  Over the summer someone on the list pointed out that maybe
they already are Servitors, and just haven't realized it.
