That was understood, so I'm not sure what the point is.  The whole function 
of Junkers is that they can build a car without specific car/mechanical 
parts, but just "mechanical parts" in general.  Presumably the scroungin' 
rules for Junkers in the Junker SB take that into account.

But Allen's initial statement that scroungin' for "materials" isn't feasible 
still has me puzzled.
