My understanding, and the way we have been doing it, is a Doomies attack,
like those produced by other ABs, is "magical" and does do wind and stun to
supernaturals like Undead.
You can alter that if you want, but I am pretty sure that is the
intent. Radiation has been specifically mentioned as "supernatural" and
can do Wind to Harrowed and whatnot.
