Out of curiosity John, do you use some sort of 128 pg template filled with
linked text frames  and text wrapped images, so that the book formats itself as
you go, or do you use some other method?  I'm kind of curious how the pros do
it... I mean I do it for a living too, but I was completely self tought, and
even though I have gone through just about every nook and cranny of the program
I am always looking to learn new things.  Feel free to respond in private if you
don't want to spread pagemaker tricks over the list.
