Nope.

I don't think so - but it might cause a Stability check.

Only if the Tech Spirit has the ability to withstand the physical damage -
or if it is aware enough (Browser) to activate powers to neutralize the
meltdown.

If it has an AI, or is a browser spirit - sure.
