Hmm, interesting pic.  I'd noticed it before, but had not considered the
implications of a Hanging judge in HoE...  Nice work, there.

To me, there are two possibilities here.  One, like you said is that we'd
have a new crop of hanging judges.  God knows there would be enough corrupt
judiciaries to fill the ranks...  Thing is though, that the Hangin' Judges
were from the Oklahoma/Texas/Kansas region, and known for their willingness
to use capital punishment....  But again, I'm sure we'd have more than
enough of the bastards to work it....  Hell, I'd expect to see Clarence
Thomas as a 'judge, myself.  If anyone is going to be a servitor of the
Reckoners, then.....

The other possibility would be that anyone who couped one of the original
'judges would come back as a similar specter once they were eventually "put
down."  Nice way for the maniacal marshal to use his posse's weird west
characters against them in HoE....

Anyway, that's my 2¢
