[HoE] Movie Town

Movie Town was on the border between South and North.  By the time
movies became a big business, there was enough co-operation between the
USA and CSA that Movie Town was able to exist pretty much on both sides
of the wall.  I think this is explained in Wasted West, but it could've
been in Road Warriors.
