[HoE] Weird V Wasted

Hi List,
This is probably a question that has been raised before, but as I'm new
to this list here goes:

Does anyone have any house rules for using Weird West Arcane Backgrounds 
(Hucksters, Shaman) in HOE, for example are Hucksters more powerful due
to the Manitou in HOE being more powerful. Etc.
