Heya, couple questions:

1. Do you think that the hold-out:railgun should have any of the same
properties as the NA railgun in Wasted West? Specifically do you think it
would have the "over-penetration" rule? I would say no as it is less
powerful (shorter barrel, maybe less power) as can be seen by the fact
that it doesn't start as AP 2. But what if you were to Overload the
railgun and pump the AP up to 2+?

2. Does anyone else not see anything under the Heavy Cans and Drones
equipment that would indicate a full body replacement? You look at the
pictures and the descriptions of heavy cans and you get the impression
that their bodies have been replaced by these hulking robot bodies. But
the only under equipment is the armor, which is removable, right?
