I'm not Shane, but it looks to me like the Anti-Templar Edge (5 points) was
supposed to be Arcane Background: Anti-Templar (3 points). I'd guess it
started as 5 points and changed in the course of playtesting.

The archetype and all the bad guys in the back have AB: Anti-Templar 3.
