Sounds cool, I know that its probably a lot but whats the short and sweet of 
how hes gonna make this work?

I guess I wouldn't make the reactor's power last too long.  I would allow it 
produce a lot of power but have the halflife/time til next refueling be 
pretty regular like at least 2 weeks or so depending on how well he rolled, 
but i probably wouldn't let it go longer than 4-5 weeks.  The balance for me 
would be high output versus high refresh time.
