No Book has said official that the war has begun but I have a feeling its 
gonna happen when denver comes out.  But Maybe the combine might join up 
with the good guys to fight the Horseman. Throckmorton wants to rule the 
world but if the Horseman destroy it he'd be pretty pissed.
